It's really nice to 'meet' you here.
My name is Nisa.
I am an IIUM student, better known as UIA among Malaysians.
I'm currently taking Psychology course.
I was previously taking engineering in UTM, Skudai.
I miss engineering.
I was forced to leave engineering, to leave UTM. For some unavoidable, critical reasons.
It was my own decision but a hard, heart-breaking one. I was pushed to choose between health and long years of effort and interest in engineering.
I miss my funny, fatherly lecturers and all those massive, awesome machines we have in labs.
I miss thinking logically. I miss my scientific calculator. I miss numbers. I miss formulas. I miss those ugly graphs. I miss the thick textbooks which every single lines drives me nuts (yummy).
(Stop it! Stop it!)
As I'm a person with multiple interests, I've been reading psychological articles since I was a teenager, not knowing that they call it 'Psychology'.
I am now in love with Psychology, though I never forget my ex-boyfriend (his name is 'Engineering').
The urge to expand my shallow knowledge, the importance of being able to recall any knowledge when needed, and the responsibility to share what I've explored with people around me are among the top leading reasons why I'm starting to blog.
Who are my target readers?
Anyone....from novices to experts. I wish to learn from the experts and share it with my fellow novices.
What are my subjects of interest?
Anything....as long as it is classified under praiseworthy knowledge. I'm opened to everything good.
I'm not really sure how to present myself in the virtual world or how to navigate my way around here. I guess I should start asking for directions now, don't you think so?
Buah cempedak di luar pagar,
Ambil galah tolong jolokkan,
Saya budak baru belajar,
Kalau salah tolong tunjukkan.
Ambil galah tolong jolokkan,
Saya budak baru belajar,
Kalau salah tolong tunjukkan.
I love that pantun. It helps me send the right message for this introductory entry.
See ya.
