I was walking with sister. The area seemed to be very familiar, at the same time, odd.
"This is our neighbourhood but..where is it?" sister asked. My mind was racing with questions even though the answers were evident.
On the land where our childhood house used to stand, there were two big houses built for commercial use.

Some Interesting Stumble-Upons
Posted by
Nisa
Note: I don't have any assignment, presentation, report, quiz or test anymore. Most classes ended last week. Previously, as I started to attend classes again, I could only post every two weeks. But now, since I have more time, it changed. I posted last two days, I posted last night and tonight, I'm posting again. Yippy! But bear in mind, I have papers starting this Tuesday. May everything goes well. Amin.
I stumbled upon several interesting things while I was surfing tonight. But please keep in mind: they are interesting according to my personal perception.

I've always think that a good argument must be moderately lengthy so that there is enough space for sufficient amount of evidences as well as adequate number of counterarguments.
But now, I guess, it doesn't always work that way.

Malay Newspapers Versus English Newspapers

While I was having dinner with my roommates just now, my eyes glanced at something my mind has been craving for, 'resting peacefully' on the floor.
A newspaper.
After fajar prayer this morning, I did read some newspapers, but those newspaper were not feeding my intellectual hunger well. Instead of healthily sharpening my mind, those news in the Malay newspaper were bugging me.

Another Friendly Warning From My Internet Service Provider: We Block The Service But We Will Still Be Charging

Note written on 08-Oct-2010, Friday: These are angry words. Words spoken (or typed) with flaming anger in the heart rarely convey the right message. I know there must be mistakes throughout the post. I was thinking of deleting it. Or should I mention correction when I find out any misunderstanding or mistakes in here?
"This is not the way it was before," I demanded for explanation.
"I used to use for two months without paying the bill on time. The internet service was barred and so, I didn't get charged for the following month. Just because my credit limit is RM150, the bill didn't get increased just to meet the limit. I didn't pay for about half a year." Instead of waiting for his explanation, I offered him some more proves and details.
"But you should know, this is the way it works. Even though the service is barred, you will still get charged," he blindly justified the company's system.
In simple words, he was telling me that I still need to pay for something I didn't use.
